Rebekah’s Kitchen, has built a culinary haven that not only tantalizes taste buds but also
nurtures the planet.


With roots tracing back to the nostalgic kitchens of her grandparents, Rebekah’s culinary
journey reflects the perfect blend of creativity and tradition. Her culinary career, starting from a
modest beginning as a teenage prep cook to gracing prestigious establishments like Deer
Valley’s Mariposa and Alta’s Rustler Lodge, has now culminated in the establishment of
Rebekah’s Kitchen in the heart of Park City.


The cornerstone of Rebekah’s philosophy lies in infusing each meal with a unique blend of
passion and sustainability. Understanding the critical role of locally sourced, responsibly farmed
ingredients, Rebekah’s Kitchen has become synonymous with culinary creations that not only
delight the palate but also embody a deep-rooted commitment to ecological well-being. By
collaborating with local purveyors and organic farms, Rebekah’s Kitchen reduces its carbon
footprint, promotes community-centric commerce and fosters a symbiotic relationship
between food and nature.


One of the waste-saving initiatives spearheaded by Rebekah’s Kitchen is the partnership with
Spoil to Soil. Through this collaboration, Rebekah’s Kitchen diverts at least 20 gallons of food
refuse from landfills each week.


Rebekah’s Kitchen also only uses reusable, glass containers when delivering food to their many
local customers. By minimizing the use of plastics and incorporating reusable materials,
Rebekah’s Kitchen ensures that each culinary creation not only gratifies the taste buds but also
minimizes its environmental footprint—a crucial step in fulfilling our community’s vision of a
future with less plastic and fewer toxins.
